of the Guardian Angels was founded in 1961 as a Mission of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Lake Worth, to meet the needs of a growing community. Fr. Charles B Farrar was the first priest to be appointed vicar, The Mission was housed in two stores on what is now Lantana Road.
