O Lord God, who dost dispense thy healing power through the service of doctors, nurses, and all who tend the sick; grant to thy servants wisdom, skill, sympathy, and patience; and send thy blessing on all those who labour to prevent suffering and sickness, and to forward thy purposes of love; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
